Ms. Howell has been working in the legal field for 17 years, focusing her practice on Labor and Employment Law since 2002. Before founding her own firm, she practiced law with a prestigious regional firm in Hampton Roads followed by a national Labor and Employment Law boutique.  Ms. Howell has worked with businesses of all sizes.  She teams up with business owners, in-house attorneys, and management teams, offering guidance concerning both routine and complex labor and employment law issues.  No matter the size of the business, Ms. Howell knows proactive planning and early intervention result in lower legal expenses and fewer headaches.
